Autism Coaching
Are you autistic or think you might be?
I am currently doing post graduate studies in Autism and along with my 15 years of experience working with autistic individuals, I am delighted to offer this coaching service. I am neurodivergent and I understand how it feels to go through life with a differently abled brain. Until I was diagnosed at 35 years of age, I often felt on the outside and ‘not good enough’ - now I know this was because I was unknowingly trying to fit into a world that was not set up for neurodivergent individuals.
How can coaching support you?
Although there are differences between ADHD and autism, there are also plenty of crossovers. As a certified ADHD/Neurodivergent coach, I offer an understanding and non-judgemental space for you to explore your strengths, challenges and how you can build a life that works with your neurodivergence.
What does it involve?
Together we will explore how your interests and strengths can support you in challenging areas like
anxiety
self-belief
transitions -large or small (from significant life changes to switching between smaller tasks)
break the cycle of negative thinking and foster a more understanding and self-accepting outlook
how to manage every day tasks
emotional regulation
How does it work?
I believe in creating a safe and informal space for clients which allow exploration and personal growth through meaningful coaching conversations.
